Lower balance and higher speed you would think. It might also affect jump. Surely his FKA should be higher?

Possibly effect agility too some.

2 points down to BAL will suffice, the rest is just myth.. (aka height and weight don't affect speed and weight marginally affect Agility)

All of the top stats makers to ever work on PES stats believe in this "myth". I personally have only done trials with weight and height and agility, and I saw little to no effect on TS, and a slight effect on agility. I'm not the most avid supporter of the effects of height and weight on speed....but to call them a "myth" with no support....is a little bit counter productive.

This is based on the theory that there IS an effect on those mentioned categories. If I don't get more input I'll just tweak the stats myself.

for sure height affect speed, but in visual way.. in fact running animation are faster to keep short player in pair with the other taller.. i've never find any difference, just that one covers the distance in 20 steps and the other in 30 (for example), and i'm talking about times taken with the stopwatch..
Weight helps a lot when running, more the player weights more is his inertia, granting a better stopping power when defending or the opposite effect when attacking..
Height indeed affect agility, and this is just due to the dimension of the polygonal model, bigger the model bigger the opportunity to clash with the opponent model. Increasing weight of some KGs will enlarge the polygonal model as you can see in the internal editor, but not in a tangible way.. a massive change (over 10 KGs) needs a tweak, but less i don't think so..
Anyway i don't state those things just to talk, i'm a pes-junkie from a decade and i spent a lot (a huge lot) of time playing pes
