I don't think this is right because Figo has only started a handful of times this season. Most of the time we play with Muntari who has just come back from injury.

I agree with Rfuna, this was only a "temporary" formation

I know but we dont play the 4-3-1-2 anymore, so the formation isnt right. Muntari was back the last game, and we also played a 4-3-3, against Lazio we had this line-up:

When Stankovic and Balotelli will be back, they will play instead of Figo and Mancini. (but the next game Ibra is missing )

4-3-3 again today aginst Cheivo. It's flowing quite nicely but I still don't like it However, until we go 10+ games with this formation, it shouldn't be more than a footnote

I think it's too early to make an update formation, by now it's better to wait the match against Lazio (Italian Supercup) and Serie A begin. By now I can only suggest to replace Ibra with Eto'o, and maybe Motta for Muntari but I'm not totally sure. Also Lucio will be a started but we don't know who will be dropped

Yeah I think we should wait, but we could replace Ibra & Balotelli with Milito & Eto'o and Motta with Muntari maybe.

Swap Muntari and Motta, because Muntari play on right side and Motta on left side against Bari.

And a little suggestion, put Lucio a little more advanced than Samuel, the Brazilian often is almost on midfield circle. Put offensive arrows on Motta and put Maicon more advanced.

Balotelli ist just a sub?

When Mourinho make the 4-4-2 Balotelli is a sub, but with 4-3-3 he play as left wing, Eto'o right wing and Milito on centre.
